We are, with our packages, committed to make your event a memorable one.

Event Packages

Perfect for banquets / proms / corporate events / luncheons / dinners anniversary / birthday / graduation / holiday / retirement parties / Baby adoring & bridal showers / rehearsal dinners / fund raisers, and more!

 

The following amenities are included in the hall rental at no additional charge:

 

  • Exclusive use of the banquet room

  • 2 hours of setup time before your scheduled event

  • No Service Charge or Gratuity added to any event (EXCEPT OPEN BAR)

  • Ample handicapped accessible parking for up to 250 cars for your special event

  • Professional staff, dressed in formal attire

  • Professional assistance before, during, and after your event

  • Beautiful outdoor deck with a unique landscaping

  • Tables and chairs accommodating up to 450 guests

  • Platform stage as needed and 8 foot table for DJ

  • Large 35’ x 20’ dance floor

  • Buffet tables, head table, cake and gift tables

  • Table cloths and chair covers are available for an additional cost.

 

We require the use of one of our approved caterers at your cost

Event Coordinator present throughout your event with professional attendants

Complimentary choice of centerpieces from Crystal Room selection

Set-up of client’s centerpieces, guest favors & other miscellaneous items that are ready to go

Cleanup following your event

A minimum guest count of 150 guests is required for Saturday bookings

*Cost of Bartenders:  $150 per bartender for up to 4 hours.  Minimum of 1 Bartender is required for events of 150 guests or less.  Minimum of 2 Bartenders is required for events of 151-300 guests.  Minimum of 3 Bartenders is required for events of over 300 guests.

 

We accept Cash, Checks, and/or any major Credit or Debit Card.  Checks may be made payable to DVRV Banquets LLC

Bar Packages

The Crystal Room Banquet Hall has a bar package to fit almost any budget. You can choose from our selection of Soft Drinks, Open Bar, Basic Open Bar, Call Open Bar, Premium Open Bar, Ultra-Premium Open Bar, or Cash Bar packages. We can also customize a Bar package to fit your needs or budget.  No Shots will be served on any open bar package.  At Crystal Room, bar prices on all Open Bar packages are based on an average consumption and unlimited for up to four (4) hours.  Prices are based on the entire guest count.

 

We require one (1) Bartender for every hundred and fifty (150) guests and every four (4) hours.  Every bar package includes one Bartender for the first one hundred and fifty (150) guests and for the first four (4) hours.  The cost for any additional Bartender will be added to the package.  Bar service will start 15 minutes prior to your scheduled event and end 15 minutes before the end of your scheduled event.  This is done for guest comfort and to prevent last minute binge drinking.

 

Complimentary Bar

All Bar packages include the following complementary beverages:

  • Regular & Decaffeinated Coffee

  • Cold and Hot Tea

  • Water

 

Beverage Selection:

You have the choice to offer your guests a wide selection of drinks readily available or of your choice upon request at least seven (7) days prior to your event date.

  • Soft Drinks

  • Beer

  • Wine

  • Liquor

  • A selection of Pepsi and Coke Products, as well as bottled water

 

Basic Open Bar

The basic Open Bar package includes the Complimentary Bar package, a beer, wine and liquor selection.  Please contact us for a list of selections included in this package.

 

Call Open Bar

The Call Open Bar includes all items offered in the Basic Open Bar package, and features more wine and liquor selections for your guests to choose from.  Please contact us for a list of wine and liquor selections included in this package.  This package does not include Premium liquor.

 

Premium Open Bar

The Premium Open Bar includes all items offered in the Call Open Bar package, as well as a Premium liquor selection.  Please contact us for a list of Premium liquor included in this package.  This package does not include Ultra Premium liquor.

 

Ultra Premium Open Bar

The Ultra Premium Open Bar includes all items offered in the Premium Open Bar package, as well as an Ultra Premium liquor selection.  Please contact us for a list of Ultra Premium liquor included in this package. 

 

Cash Bar

If you decide that an Open Bar package is not within your budget then a Cash Bar will be made available for your guests.

Special Touches and Services

At The Crystal Room Banquet Hall we strive to be your full service banquet facility.  That’s why we offer a Professional DJ service, Bakery service, and other special touches, for a reasonable fee, to enhance your special event.

 

DJ Service

The Crystal Room Banquet Hall is proud to offer a Professional DJ for your special event.  We have partnered with several local, out-of-state, and international DJs for all your music needs.  They have all of your favorite music from yesterday through today.  Their systems include, Mackie, Bose, Karman Hardon, QSC Speakers and Bass Dumps.  They also feature Denon, Rane, and Seinheiser DJ equipment.  All systems include a wireless microphone.  We also provide you with the flexibility to bring your own DJ Service at no charge.

 

Bakery Service

The Crystal Room Banquet Hall has an onsite independent professional baker that can create any cake you desire.  We have all flavors available and can design wedding cakes and sheet cakes with corporate logos or any design.  Our preferred baker will meet with you to discuss the cake of your dreams.  Please ask to see our picture book.  We also provide you with the flexibility to bring your own DJ Service at no charge.

 

Photo Booth

To memorialize your special event, The Crystal Room Banquet Hall is proud to offer a Professional Photographer for your special event.  We have partnered with several local Professional Photographers.  We also have our own Photo Booth, which comes with an attendant, props, and unlimited sessions.  Ask for complete details.

 

Special Services

The Crystal Room Banquet Hall offers many other services for your special event.  We have wishing wells so your guests have a place to put their cards.

 

Chair covers and Napkins

The Crystal Room Banquet Hall has colored napkins available to match your bridal, school, corporate, or team colors.

 

The Crystal Room Banquet Hall also offers chair covers in White or Black, with any chair band color you may desire.  This includes a Satin Chair Sash and matching napkins.  Color choice available for Sash and Napkins.

 

Chocolate

A Chocolate Fountain or Nacho Cheese Fountain can be added to you package for a fee or you can make any package a Deluxe Package for a fee.  The Deluxe Package includes our Chocolate Fountain or Nacho Cheese Fountain and Ice Carving.

 

Ice Carvings

Ice Carvings can be purchased with any of the Packages.  Other carvings can be ordered for an additional charge.  Ask the Manager for complete details.

 

A non-refundable Initial Deposit of 50% of the total package cost, plus a Refundable Deposit are payable at the time of signing the Rental Agreement.  Final payment is due at least six (6) months before occupancy of the premises.  There is a 24-hour grace period during which 50% of the deposit may be refunded.
